Return Policy – Puffing Pony Pipes

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Due to the personal nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and product integrity, our return policy is as follows:

Pipes – All Sales Final

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on any smoking pipes, whether used or unused.

  • Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the look, feel, or function of the pipe after receiving it.

  • This policy ensures all customers receive brand-new, untouched products.

Defective Pipes

  • We do our best to ensure each pipe is as it should be, but we do miss things occasionally. 

  • We only replace items if they are defective within 30 days of delivery or purchase with original receipt.  If your pipe is defective and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@PuffingPonyPipes.com

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are shipping an item valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged in Transit

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the product and the shipping box to confirm the damage occurred during transit.

  • Once approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund of the value of the pipe (shipping costs are not refundable) at our discretion.

Pipe Stands

  • Returns on pipe stands are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in unused, undamaged, original condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and must package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

How to Initiate a Return (for eligible items):

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damage (if applicable)

  • A brief explanation of your request
