No returns or exchanges are accepted on any smoking pipes, whether used or unused.
Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the look, feel, or function of the pipe after receiving it.
This policy ensures all customers receive brand-new, untouched products.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the product and the shipping box to confirm the damage occurred during transit.
Once approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Returns on pipe stands are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in unused, original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and must package the item securely to prevent damage in transit.
